Customers may initiate a return request with Alternative Beauty Malaysia for products that are new, unmarked and unopened with the retail packaging within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Please feel free to contact us at hello@alternativebeauty.my indicating reason for return to initiate the return process. Our customer satisfaction team will be in touch within 7 working days to assist with the return request.

Upon a successful return request approval, kindly allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed, if sent by mail. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction details.

However, we regret that we will not be able to refund your original or subsequent shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of logistical error on our behalf.
